Sessions are open to people who have played the game before and looking to improve or new

Please wear appropriate clothing & footwear and bring a drink and a racket.

Shenley Badminton Club Coaching Plan:
Coach is Tuomas McVey
 Lesson 1: Net Play, basic net shots, kills and positioning
 Lesson 2: Mid Court to Front Play, drives, blocks, and aggressive movement forward
 Lesson 3: Rear Court Play, smashes, drops and clears
 Lesson 4: Basic Mixed Movement, ladies positioning and men�s positioning
 Lesson 5: Multi Feed, lot�s of movement and getting to grips with the positioning
 Lesson 6: Single Shuttle, trying to put the movement in with one shuttle only in play
 Lesson 7: Serving and Return of serve and focus on third shot
 Lesson 8: Games and Games analysis
 Lesson 9: Conditioned Games, defending only or attacking only, nobody can lift games
 Lesson 10: Games and games analysis, I will join in to up the challenge.

Club coaching
