Coaching

With the announcement of the 2012 London Olympics, and our government's increasing desire to extend sport within schools, sport coaching has become increasingly prominent.

Our Club currently has several qualified coaches (Part 1/Level 2).

Many of these coaches give a great deal of their time supporting youth coaching both within our own club and other local junior groups.

Thanks, in large part, to the work of Tony Coyne our Club has achieved Badminton England Silver Mark status that indicates our ability to offer junior coaching in a safe and properly regulated environment. Tony also serves as Buckinghamshire's Coaching Secretary with Badminton England.

Coaching does not necessarily have to be for the young. Indeed, club-level players can benefit and improve from the advice that a trained coach is able to offer.
